4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
