4 onion rolls or 4 kaiser rolls
4 slices cheese ( Montery Jack or Provolone )

mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grill seasoning, brown sugar, minced garlic, egg, chopped sun-dried tomato, and chopped basil leaves. Mix well.
2.Form the mixture into 4 large patties.
3.Heat up a grill or grill pan. Brush the red pepper and sweet onion slices with olive oil.
4.Grill the patties, red pepper, and sweet onion slices until cooked through.
5.Toast the onion rolls or kaiser rolls. Spread mayonnaise or Miracle Whip on the bottom halves.
6.Top each roll with a turkey patty, a slice of cheese, grilled red pepper, and sweet onion slices. Cover with the top halves of rolls.
