Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions , chopped
1 sweet apple , chopped
2 cups dried garbanzo beans ( dry , not prepared )
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
3 cups water

Instructions
