Ingredients

1 head napa cabbage
1 lb fresh ground pork
1 can whole san marzano tomatoes
1 small sweet onion , finely chopped
2 tablespoons pureed garlic
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups Chardonnay wine
2 cups cooked white rice
1/4 cup all natural maui maid teriyaki marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
2 lemons , juice of
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon

Instructions

1.Boil a large pot of water. Add in the napa cabbage and roll it around for about 3 minutes. Remove and run under cold water. As the leaves cool, peel off individual cabbage leaves and lay out on a flat surface.
