Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl add the grated cauliflower and cabbage. Mix it well and leave it aside for 5 minutes.
2.In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients - chickpea flour, parsley flakes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cardamom, ginger, and allspice.
3.Add this dry mixture to the grated vegetables, slowly mixing it in with your hands until you get a smooth mixture.
4.Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Form small balls out of the mixture and flatten them to give them a spherical shape.
5.Place these kofta balls in the pan and cook for around 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
