45 ml sunflower seeds
45 ml pumpkin seeds
45 ml flax seeds ( whole or grounded )
20 ml baking powder
200 ml low-fat Quark cheese ( lattkesella in swedish )
2 eggs
Swedish Scones are a healthier version of traditional scones. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2.Mix the whole wheat flour, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and baking powder in a bowl.
3.Add the Quark cheese and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
4.Scoop the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and flatten the balls of dough with a fork.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
6.Serve hot with your favourite toppings.
