1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups milk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup raisins

Instructions

1.Peel and grate the large apple.
2.In a medium saucepan, heat the butter over medium-high heat.
3.Add the rice and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes, until the rice is lightly toasted.
4.Add the water and cinnamon sticks, then bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
5.Stir in the milk and brown sugar, then add the grated apple and raisins.
6.Simmer for 25-30 minutes or until rice is fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
7.Remove the cinnamon sticks and stir in vanilla.
8.Serve with a drizzle of cream and honey.
