Ingredients

500 ml vanilla cookie crumbs or 500 ml cake crumbs ( sockerkaka )
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon arrack liqueur
300 g almond paste
200 ml powdered sugar
1 tablespoon liquid glucose
3 drops green food coloring
50 -100 g semisweet chocolate

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease a rectangular baking pan.

6.Allow the bars to cool completely before melting the semisweet chocolate and spreading it over the top.
7.Chill the bars until the chocolate has hardened, and then cut into squares and serve.
