8 1/2 tablespoons salt
7 1/2 teaspoons allspice
5 teaspoons sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper ( or more )
2 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 lbs casings

Instructions

1.Combine ground pork, ground beef, and ground red potatoes in a large bowl.
2.Grind quartered onions and add them to the bowl, mix well.

4.Add milk to the mixture and stir to combine.
5.Place casings onto a sausage stuffer, and pack the mixture into the casings.
6.Tie off each sausage into 6-7 inch sections.
7.Place the sausage into a large pot, add water until it covers the sausages.
8.Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low, cook for 2 hours.
9.Remove from water and allow to cool.
10.Serve grilled or fried.
