Ingredients

Meatballs :
1 pound lean ground beef

Instructions

1.Combine ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well using your hands.
2.Shape the mixture into small balls.
3.Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
4.Remove meatballs from the skillet, and set them aside.
5.In the same skillet, add beef broth and mushrooms. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
6.In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and cornstarch until smooth. Add this mixture to the skillet with beef broth and mushrooms. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7.Add the meatballs back into the skillet, and stir to coat them with the gravy. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
