3/4 cup unsalted butter , at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

8.Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they turn light golden brown.
9.Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
