Instructions

1.Rinse and dry the fish fillets
2.Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme
3.In a skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium heat

6.In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes

16.Pour the bisque sauce around the fish
17.Add the clams on top
