Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, white flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3.In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add sour cream, melted butter, lemon rind, and vanilla. Mix well.
4.Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
5.Fold in chopped apricots, prunes, and almonds.
