200 ml with cold water

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and dried yeast.
2.Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the olive oil and boiling water.
3.Stir the mixture together, then add the cold water.
4.Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
5.Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
6.Preheat the oven to 220C/425F.
7.Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet.

9.Use your fingers to make dimples in the dough and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
10.Bake the focaccia for 20-25 minutes until it is golden brown.
11.Serve warm or at room temperature.
