2 lbs beef stew meat ( thawed )
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 medium size onion ( chopped )
1 can mushrooms ( drained )
1 container sour cream

Instructions

1.Place beef stew meat at the bottom of your crock pot.
2.Add chopped onions and drained mushrooms over the top of the beef stew meat.
3.Pour cream of mushroom soup over the beef and vegetable mixture and gently stir to combine.
4.Cook on low heat for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
5.30 minutes before you wish to serve, add in one container of sour cream and stir until smooth, making sure not to over-stir.
6.Serve hot over cooked noodles or rice of your choice.
