Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, sake or mirin, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and zest, cilantro, basil, dried chili, rice wine vinegar, and cumin.
2.Place salmon fillets in the marinade and make sure they are fully coated.
3.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
