675 g cooking apples , peeled , cored and chopped
1 lemon , juice of
50 g mixed nuts , chopped
50 g sultanas
100 g brown sugar
100 g plain flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.

4.Add in the vanilla essence and stir.
5.Fold in the apple mixture.

8.Leave to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the tin.
