1 lb Italian sausage ( remove from casing and break up or chop )
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 scallions , finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery ( about 2 stalks )
1 cup finely chopped vidalia onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 packets Hidden Valley� Farmhouse Originals Homestyle Italian Dressing & Seasoning Mix
4 cups plain stuffing cubes
4 cups low sodium chicken broth , plus more for texture

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

6.Add in stuffing cubes and toss to coat evenly.
7.Gradually add chicken broth to mixture until desired texture is achieved (adding more for a moister stuffing and less for a drier stuffing).
8.Spread stuffing mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
9.Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
