1 1/2 kg leg of lamb , with bone
salt and pepper
Season-All salt
garlic
coriander
1 onion , quartered
Sunnudags-Lambasteik or Sunday Roast is a traditional Icelandic dish that is typically served for a special occasion or family gathering. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 325°F/160°C.
2.Rub the leg of lamb with salt, pepper, Season-All seasoning, minced garlic, and ground coriander.
3.Scatter the quartered onion on the bottom of a large baking dish.
4.Place the lamb on top of the onions, skin-side up.
5.Roast the lamb for approximately 2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F/63°C for medium rare or 160°F/71°C for medium.
6.Rest the lamb for at least 20 minutes before carving and serving.
