12 sheets phyllo dough

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, cream cheese, and chopped spinach.
3.Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with a small amount of oil and layer another sheet of phyllo dough on top.
4.Cut the layered sheets in half lengthwise, then place a tablespoon of the filling on the end of each strip.
5.Fold one corner of the phyllo strip over the filling to form a triangle shape, then continue folding the strip over itself in a triangular pattern until all the dough is used.
6.Place the wrapped triangles on a lined baking sheet, brush lightly with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
