1/4 cup fresh basil , chopped
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
ground black pepper
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
