Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

4.Wash and dry the cauliflower and place it on a lined baking sheet.
5.Coat the cauliflower with the egg mixture, then coat it with the sumac za’atar breadcrumb mixture.
6.Press down the breadcrumbs gently to help them stick to the cauliflower.
7.Bake the cauliflower for 60-75 minutes until golden and tender.
8.Remove from the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before serving.
