Ingredients

1 kg mutton chops
1 cup yoghurt
4 tablespoons vinegar
3 medium onions , 1/2 cup raw papaya and 8 cloves garlic - ground together
2 teaspoons ginger juice
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons red chili powder
oil
2 egg whites
breadcrumbs
Sultani Chops is a popular Indian dish, perfect for dinner parties and special occasions. These juicy mutton chops are marinated in a flavorful mixture of yoghurt, vinegar, and spices before being coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown. Instructions

1.Marinate the mutton chops in yoghurt, vinegar, ground onion, papaya, garlic mixture, ginger juice, garam masala, black pepper, salt, and red chili powder for at least 4 hours.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and set aside.
3.Coat the marinated mutton chops in the breadcrumbs.
4.Dip each chop in the egg whites and coat again in the breadcrumbs.
5.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chops until brown on both sides. Serve hot.
