1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups wheat flour
1 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1.Add the water, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, wheat flour, white bread flour and yeast into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2.Select the dough setting and press start.
3.Once the dough has finished rising, remove it from the bread machine and sprinkle the chopped pecans onto the surface.
4.Fold the dough over itself and knead it a few times to evenly distribute the pecans throughout the dough.
5.Place the dough in a greased bread pan and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
6.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the bread for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
7.Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
