1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons salt , to taste
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 fresh jalapeno peppers , seeded and minced
1 fresh habanero pepper , seeded and minced

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, add all the dried chilies and pour boiling water on them. Let them soak for 20 minutes.
2.Remove the stems of the chilies and chop them coarsely.
3.In a blender, add the chopped chilies with 1/4 cup of soaking water, onion, vinegar, lime juice, salt, garlic, and cilantro. Puree until you get a coarse paste.
4.Transfer the puree to a bowl and add minced jalapeno and habanero peppers. Mix well.
5.Serve and enjoy!
