1 cup whole green lentil
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Subru Uncle's Green Moong is a perfect side dish to go along with Sindhi Curry. It is a popular dish in India and is usually served with rice and a side of vegetables or meat. Instructions

1.Rinse the green lentils in water and drain them.
2.In a pressure cooker, add the lentils and 2 1/2 cups of water.
3.Close the cooker with its lid and let the lentils cook until the pressure gets released 4-5 times.
4.Open the lid, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix well.

The dish can be bland without the addition of any spices, and some people may find lentils difficult to digest
