3 tablespoons oil
2 medium tomatoes , washed , peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine the chopped potatoes and French beans with turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Set aside.

6.Add a splash of water, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
