Ingredients

200 g green beans
50 g minced garlic ( about 1/3 cup )
4 tablespoons vegetable oil ( to taste )
2 teaspoons sugar ( to taste )
2 teaspoons soy sauce ( to taste )
2 teaspoons black vinegar ( to taste )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
1/4 teaspoon msg ( to taste )
Suan Rong Jiang Dou, or Garlic-Fried Green Beans, is a popular dish in Chinese cuisine that is loved for its beautiful blend of flavors and textures. Instructions

1.Rinse the green beans and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2.Cut the green beans into 4cm pieces and set aside.
3.Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
4.Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5.Add the green beans to pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn bright green.
6.Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of black vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of msg to the pan, Stir-fry the green beans for 2-3 minutes until they start to caramelize slightly.

CONS
