3 dried red chilies , finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger , minced
1/2 teaspoon szechuan peppercorns
1 red bell pepper , diced

Instructions

1.Cut the napa cabbage into 2-3 inch thick pieces.
2.In a bowl, mix the black vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and salt, keep aside.
