Ingredients

3 1/2 lbs zucchini

1/4 cup fresh basil , chopped
2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs ( approx )
2/3 cup parmesan cheese , grated
2 eggs
nutmeg

5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
