1 skinless boneless turkey breast , weighing 2 to 3 lbs or 1 to 1-1/2 kg

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

4.Add the chicken stock, dried rosemary or thyme, and black pepper to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

10.Roast in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F (75°C). Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
