lemon juice , to taste

Instructions

1.Stuffed Potato Balls:
2.In a bowl, mix wheat flour, pure ghee, salt, half teaspoon of cayenne pepper and half teaspoon of ground fennel seed. Add water and knead the dough.
3.Boil and mash the potatoes, then add chopped green chilies, fresh coriander leaves, curry powder, salt, oil, cumin seed, and remaining cayenne pepper and fennel seed to it.
4.Make small balls of the potato mixture and wrap them in the wheat flour dough. Fry the balls on medium heat until golden brown.
5.Yellow - White Lentil Soup:
6.Pressure cook channa dal, white urad dal, yellow moong dal, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, and salt with enough water.
7.Take out the dal mixture in a bowl and add chopped fresh coriander leaves, lemon juice and ghee. Mix well.

9.In a bowl, mix wheat flour, ghee and add enough water to knead the dough.
10.Make small balls of the dough and press them with your palm to flatten them.
