4 -6 large poblano peppers
1 lb sausage ( Breakfast mild )
6 ounces chorizo sausage
2 green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ounces cream cheese , softened
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese ( shredded )
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs , seperated ( whites beaten to white foam )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.Start by cooking your breakfast sausage and chorizo in a pan over medium heat. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.

6.In a separate bowl, combine one cup of flour, one cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
7.In another separate bowl, beat two egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
8.Fold the egg whites into the flour mixture until well combined.
9.Dip each stuffed pepper into the egg batter, making sure it is well coated.
10.Place the peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the peppers are fork-tender and the filling is hot and bubbly.
