Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 boxes jumbo pasta shells
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce , any variety
1 box frozen spinach , thawed and squeezed of excess juice
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 lb of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 small yellow onion , finely chopped
5 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
4 eggs , slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente and then rinse and set aside.
3.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
4.Add the spinach, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, garlic pepper seasoning, beaten eggs, and milk. Mix well until combined.
5.Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6.Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture into each pasta shell and place them in the baking dish.
7.Cover the shells with the remaining spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
8.Bake the pasta shells in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
