2 cups whole wheat flour
oil ( for frying ) or ghee ( for frying )

Instructions

1.Take a bowl and mix wheat flour, salt add little oil to the flour.

6.Take a little amount of the stuffing and put it in the center of the rolled-out dough. Close the dough by folding the edges.
7.Roll out the filled dough until it is flat.
8.Place the parantha on a hot griddle and cook over medium heat. Flip it over when the edges start to brown. Apply oil and cook until golden brown.
9.Serve hot with pickle, raita or curd.
