1 lb minced beef
1 onion , chopped
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
salt
pepper
1 egg , beaten , divided
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon flour
Stuffed Meatballs are a mouthwatering and hearty meal. Perfectly seasoned minced beef is mixed with chopped onions, garlic, and eggs. Deliciously melted mozzarella cheese cubes are stuffed inside each meatball, adding gooey goodness to every bite. With a crispy outer and a juicy inside, your taste buds will be delighted. Instructions

1.Mix minced beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, cumin, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, and half of the beaten egg in a bowl.
2.Divide the mixture equally into several meatballs.
3.Cut mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
4.Put some cheese cubes inside the meatballs and shape them again.
5.Roll the meatballs over flour and put them on a greased baking dish.
6.Brush the remaining beaten egg on top of each meatball.
7.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and bake the meatballs until fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
8.Serve hot.

Stuffed Meatballs are a flavorful change from regular meatballs with cheese inside that stretches out and is oh-so-yummy.

These meatballs require a little more prep time but worth trying for a new twist on the usual meatballs.
