Ingredients

2 cans jellied cranberry sauce ( jelled not whole )
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cups tap water
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white raisins
2 heads green cabbage
2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup raw rice
1 egg
3 saltine crackers ( soaked & squeezed )
1 medium onion ( grated )
1 tablespoon ketchup
salt and pepper
Stuffed Cabbage, also known as Ukrainian Prockus, is a traditional dish that has been enjoyed for generations. It consists of ground beef, rice, and spices rolled in cabbage leaves and baked in a sweet and savory sauce. This dish is perfect for a chilly day when you want something warm and filling. Instructions

1.Remove the core of each head of cabbage and place in a large pot of boiling water.
2.Once the leaves start to loosen, remove them and set them aside.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, egg, saltine crackers, grated onion, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix well.
4.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.Mix together the cranberry sauce, tomato sauce, tap water, warm water, brown sugar, and white raisins in another bowl.
6.Take one cabbage leaf, add 1/4 cup of the meat mixture, and roll the leaf around the meat.
7.Place the cabbage rolls into a large casserole dish, and add the sauce mixture on top.
