Instructions

1.In a large pot, combine the chicken, rotel, Knorr chicken bouillon, water, and taco seasoning.
2.Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
3.Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks.
4.Preheat oven to 375°F.
5.Slice the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
