Ingredients

1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1 lb boneless beef top round steak , trimmed and cut into thin bite-size strips
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 small onion , cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
3 cups dried wide egg noodles
3 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 can beef broth
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and dill. Mix well and set aside.

3.Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is translucent.

8.Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
9.While the egg noodles are cooking, add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
10.Serve the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles, and top with the sour cream and dill mixture. Sprinkle with ground black pepper to taste.
