Ingredients

2 1/2 cups rice flour ( brown or white )
1/2 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
220 ml boiling water

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, sift the rice flour and bread flour together.
2.Add salt and gradually pour boiling water into the bowl, mixing it well with a spoon until a soft dough is formed.
3.Take a small handful of the dough and put it into a string hopper press.
4.Press the dough through the string hopper press onto a heatproof plate.
5.Steam the string hoppers for 6-7 minutes in a steamer or until cooked through.
6.Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
