Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup sugar ( I use 1/2 cup of Splenda and 1/4 cup sugar . )
3/4 cup sourdough starter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ( Can use half all-purpose and half whole wheat . )
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups strawberries , hulled , quartered and rough chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
