Ingredients

1 3/4 cups oats

This dessert is perfect for chocolate and strawberry lovers. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Combine the oats, sugar, and salt in a food processor, and blend until finely ground
3.Add the chilled butter and water, and pulse until well-combined.
4.Put a cooking spray on a 9-inch tart pan and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
5.Take a large saucepan and mix the nonfat milk, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk it and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
6.Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips and cook for a minute, whisking, until chocolate melts. Remove from heat.
7.Arrange the strawberries over the crust, gently pour the chocolate mixture on top of the strawberries and spread evenly.
8.Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until it sets.
9.Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve.
