Ingredients

1 box banana cake mix ( I used Pillsbury Moist Supreme Cake Mix )
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs
1/3 cup strawberry preserves ( Do n't use jelly ! )
These Strawberry & Banana Split Cupcakes are a unique spin on traditional cupcakes. The banana cake mix creates a delicious and moist base for the zesty strawberry accents. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2.In a large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream and eggs until well mixed.
3.Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with the batter.
4.Spoon a small dollop of strawberry preserves onto the top of each cupcake.
5.Bake for 18-19 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cupcakes.
6.Let cool before serving.
