1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried strawberries , chopped
395 g sweetened condensed milk
180 g white chocolate , broken

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
2.Combine muesli, Rice Krispies (or rice bubbles), coconut, almonds, and dried strawberries in a large bowl.
3.Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined.
4.Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
5.Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
6.Remove from the oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
7.Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth.
8.Drizzle melted chocolate over the bars.
9.Cut into bars and serve!
