1 medium cabbage , chopped
16 ounces smoked kielbasa ( most are pre-cooked , I use Smithfield brand )
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium chipotle chile in adobo
1 medium tomatoes , cored and diced
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

4.Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cabbage mixture cook for another 10-15 minutes until it is tender.
5.While the cabbage is cooking, slice the smoked kielbasa into bite-sized rounds.
6.In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the kielbasa rounds. Cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
7.Add the cooked kielbasa rounds to the cabbage mixture and stir it all together. Let the flavors meld together for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
