Ingredients

1 4 pieces veal chops or 4 pieces rabbit
1/2 cup capers , rinsed and drained
1/4 cup vinegar ( White )
1 1/2 - 2 cups water
butter , cubed and scatter on chicken
3/4 teaspoon oregano
salt & pepper
cracked sicilian green olives ( use a Bottle and whack them )
3 sprigs fresh parsley
5 -6 cloves garlic , a lot of it , sliced thinley

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Season the veal chops or rabbit with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
3.In a small bowl, mix together the capers, vinegar, water, oregano, and garlic. Pour this mixture over the meat.
4.Scatter cubed butter and cracked Sicilian green olives all around the baking dish.
5.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the caper sauce is bubbling.
6.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
