1 red pepper , sliced , then cut the slices crosswise
1/2 small green cabbage , cut into squares
1 teaspoon garlic , minced
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons chinese sweet-hot chili sauce
4 eggs
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

1.Heat the sesame oil in a wok over high heat
2.Add the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute
3.Add the red pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
4.Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 more minute
5.Add the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes
6.Add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sweet-hot chili sauce and stir-fry for 1 more minute
7.Push the spaghetti to the sides of the wok and crack the eggs into the center
8.Scramble the eggs and mix them into the spaghetti
9.Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve
