Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste ( You may use fresh minced garlic )
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup crumbled panir or 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese ( Refer Homemade Paneer / Panir ( Indian Curd Cheese ) for paneer ; if using feta cheese omit the salt in this recipe )
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala ( optional )
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )

6.Add 1/8 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala (optional), and 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt (or to taste) and mix everything well.
7.Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until the paneer is lightly browned and the vegetables are cooked.
8.Serve hot with roti, naan, bread or rice.
