Ingredients

200 g frog 's legs , cleaned
30 g garlic , crushed
15 g fresh basil
3 slices ginger
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
4 tablespoons chicken stock
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour , dissolved in water
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

1.Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
2.Add the garlic, ginger and frog's legs and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3.Add the dark soy sauce, chicken stock, oyster sauce, rice wine, light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4.Add the corn flour mixture and cook for another minute.
5.Add the basil leaves and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
6.Serve hot with rice.
