1 lb beef top round steak
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli florets , and stems cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 red bell peppers or 1 yellow bell pepper , cut into bite-size strips
1/4 cup sliced green onion

Instructions

1.Cook linguine according to package instructions.

4.In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
5.In the same wok, add broccoli, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the beef back to the wok and pour the soy sauce mixture over the top. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6.Serve the stir-fried beef and vegetables over the cooked linguine. Garnish with sliced green onion.
